MPLOY CASE STUDY : Groundwork Cheshire
A Voluntary organisation who hold the contract for the "Youth Contract" in the area approached us about helping source staff into Youth Mentor roles for this new national programme. Youthpro sourced candidates and organised the recruitment and selection of staff alongside the organisations team. Having access to a register of qualified professional in the youth sector Youthpro were able to utilise their expertise and knowledge of the sector to ensure the best possible people were recruited.
